A Great BCA
I was watching Fox News and saw a report about a town in Georgia that outsourced it's running of the town to a private firm. With exception to police and fire and main public officials, the trash, utilities, roads and the likes were given over to private enterprise.
I guess this shows that roads are not public good.
The report said that the town would save (I think) over $30 million a year. I would love to see the BCA on this!!!! I assume that our future jobs as economists will be doing BCA's such as these?
